Michelle Pepper graduated from Auburn University in 1989 with a B.A. in Public Relations. She was awarded her Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law in 2001 as Valedictorian.

Ms. Pepper has practiced with Stammer, McKnight, Barnum & Bailey since being admitted to the California Bar in 2001. Before coming to the firm, Ms. Pepper worked as a Certified Student Attorney for the Federal Defender's Office and as an extern for Chief Justice Ardaiz at the Fifth District Court of Appeals. Ms. Pepper's practice areas include personal injury litigation, criminal defense, and general civil litigation.
