Michael P. Mallery is a 1981 graduate from the University of California, Davis where he received his B.A. in History and Political Science. He received his law degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1984. Mr. Mallery was a member of the Pacific Law Journal and served as its Associate Managing Editor.

Mr. Mallery has practiced with Stammer, McKnight, Barnum & Bailey since his law school graduation in 1984. He has tried cases in various courts of the Central California area and is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Mallery has served as a judge pro-tem for the Fresno County Courts. He also serves on the Adjunct Faculty at San Joaquin College of Law teaching Civil Litigation and Remedies. Mr. Mallery is a partner in the firm. His practice areas include personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, health law, agricultural law, product defect matters, employment law, business litigation, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Mallery is a member of the State Bar of California, the Fresno County Bar Association and the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California for which he has served as a member of the Board of Directors.
