M. Jacqueline Yates graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1987 with a B.A. in Liberal Studies. She was awarded her Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law in 1992.

Ms. Yates began the practice of law with our firm upon her graduation from law school in 1992 and has practiced before various State and Federal courts in the Central Valley area. Her practice areas include personal injury litigation, family law, medical malpractice, employment law and conservatorship and trust matters for the developmentally disabled. Ms. Yates has received training as a family law mediator and has served in that capacity as a private mediator. She is a partner in the firm.

Ms. Yates is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, the Association for Conflict Resolution, the State Bar of California, and the Fresno County Bar Association.  She is the President of the Fresno County Bar Association and the President for for United Cerebral Palsy of Central California.   She also serves on the Fresno County VIP Mentors Advisory Board and teaches at San Joaquin College of Law..
