Frank D. Maul is a 1972 graduate of California State University, Fresno where he received his B.A. in Political Science. He graduated from the University of California's Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California in 1975. |

|
Mr. Maul has practiced with Stammer, McKnight, Barnum & Bailey since his law school graduation in 1975 and is the firm's second-most senior partner. He has tried in excess of 50 civil cases to verdict in various courts in the Central California area. His practice areas include personal injury litigation, products liability matters, professional negligence, environmental litigation and general civil litigation. He has been retained to serve as a Discovery Referee as well as a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of cases. He was born and raised in the Fresno area and has been active in community and governmental affairs. |

Mr. Maul is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a member of the Northern California Association of Defense Counsel and served as a member of its Board of Directors for six years. In addition, Mr. Maul is a member of the State Bar of California and the Fresno County Bar Association where he has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Insurance Committee. He is also a member of the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association. |
