Benjamin C. Shein received his B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Southern California in 2002.  He was awarded his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2007.

Mr. Shein is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  His practice areas include general civil litigation, business litigation, and agricultural law.

Mr. Shein is a member of the State Bar of California, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, the American Bar Association, the Fresno County Bar Association, and the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association.
