Bruce J. Berger graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1980 with a degree in Business Administration with an option in accounting. He then became a CPA and worked in that field. While doing so, he attended Whittier Law School graduating with a J.D. degree in 1984.

Mr. Berger worked as an attorney with two other firms doing primarily agricultural and health law until 1994 when he joined our firm. Here he has worked in general civil litigation (including litigation of real estate, redevelopment, tax, wrongful termination, medical staff, and civil rights cases), business law, tax law and continues to dedicate a substantial amount of his practice to health law issues. He is a partner in the firm. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court.
