Abigail R. Leaf graduated from the University of California at Davis with highest honors in 1995 with a B.A. in International Relations. She received her law degree in 2000 from the University of California at Davis. Ms. Leaf also studied Spanish extensively both at the University of California and the University of Guadalajara, Mexico, and is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Leaf is admitted before all the courts of the State of California and to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. She is a partner in the firm and her practice areas include personal injury litigation, employment law, and family law.
