Frank D. Maul has practiced with Stammer, McKnight, Barnum & Bailey LLP since his law school graduation in 1975 and is the firm's second-most senior partner. Mr. Maul has tried in excess of 50 civil cases to verdict in various courts in the Central California area. His practice areas include personal injury litigation, products liability matters, professional negligence, environmental litigation, and general civil litigation. Mr. Maul has been retained to serve as a Discovery Referee as well as a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of cases. He was born and raised in the Fresno area and remains active in community and governmental affairs.
Mr. Maul graduated from the University of California's Hastings College of the Law in 1975 and is a 1972 graduate of California State University, Fresno, where he received his B.A. in Political Science. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association, and the Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, where he served as a member of the Board of Directors for six years. In addition, Mr. Maul is a member of the State Bar of California and the Fresno County Bar Association, where he has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Insurance Committee.
