Bruce J. Berger

Education

Bruce J. Berger graduated from California State University, Fresno, in 1980, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option), and received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 1984.

Experience

Mr. Berger, having joined the firm in 1994, is a partner of the firm, and serves on the management committee. Mr. Berger is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer, and has represented clients in insurance defense, personal injury, real estate, redevelopment, tax, employment, medical malpractice, medical staff and civil rights cases. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Berger worked as a Certified Public Accountant (1980-1988), and as a transactional lawyer (1988-1994); as such, he continues to regularly advise clients on a variety of tax, health care and business related matters.
